pk7bet Terms & Conditions — Know Your Rights Before You Play

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:

• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the official currency of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, which is the sole transaction currency on pk7bet.

Each eligible individual may register one (1) account on pk7bet. The registration of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different email addresses, different payment methods, or different devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.

At the time of registration, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details. pk7bet reserves the right to close any account where:

• Registration information is found to be false, misleading, or incomplete.
• Multiple accounts are identified as belonging to the same individual.
• The account holder is found to be ineligible under Clause 3 of these Terms.
• The account is suspected of being used for fraudulent, abusive, or collusive activity.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your pk7bet login credentials. pk7bet will never request your password by any communication channel. You must notify pk7bet support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

All financial transactions on pk7bet are conducted exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). pk7bet does not apply currency conversion charges for PKR transactions, and no hidden fees are deducted from standard deposit or withdrawal amounts.

Deposits: Funds deposited into your pk7bet account become available for wagering once the deposit is confirmed by the relevant payment provider. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless a specific offer explicitly states otherwise:

The following general betting rules apply across all product categories:

• A bet is confirmed only when pk7bet's system acknowledges and records the wager. A bet that remains in a "pending" state due to connectivity failure is not a confirmed bet.
• In the event of an obvious pricing or technical error (commonly referred to as a "palpable error"), pk7bet reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the staked amount to the player's real money balance.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pk7bet platform. Engagement in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, impersonating another person, or using fraudulent payment credentials.
• Money Laundering: Using pk7bet accounts to process funds derived from illegal activity or to structure transactions designed to conceal the origin of funds.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pk7bet's total aggregate liability to any player arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions, whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

pk7bet shall not be liable for any loss or damage of the following types, whether direct or indirect, even if advised of the possibility of such loss:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings.
• Loss of data or corruption of data caused by platform downtime, technical failure, or third-party service interruption.
• Loss arising from the player's failure to secure their account credentials.
• Losses incurred as a result of the player's own gambling decisions, including but not limited to placing bets based on information obtained from third-party sources.
• Delays in payment processing caused by JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, SadaPay, or any other third-party payment provider.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits pk7bet's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Either party may terminate the player's account at any time. Players may request voluntary account closure by contacting pk7bet support via live chat. Any real money balance remaining in a voluntarily closed account will be withdrawn to the player's verified payment method within five (5) business days, subject to completed identity verification.

pk7bet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request processed under Clause 9.
• Regulatory or legal requirement to do so.

Where an account is closed by pk7bet for cause, any bonus funds or winnings derived from prohibited conduct may be forfeited. Real money deposits that are not subject to any forfeiture finding will be returned to the verified payment source after applicable investigation and compliance checks are completed.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which pk7bet holds its international gaming licence. Players accessing the platform from Pakistan do so on their own initiative and are responsible for ensuring their use of the platform complies with any locally applicable laws.

In the event of a dispute between a player and pk7bet, the following process applies:

pk7bet's transaction and event records constitute the primary evidence in any dispute. Players are strongly advised to retain records of their own betting and transaction activity for reference purposes.
